Welcome to NythosX Market Alerts ("NythosX", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using any part of the service you agree to these terms.
NythosX provides price monitoring, alert delivery, portfolio bookkeeping, and rules-based market analysis tools. NythosX does not execute trades, hold customer funds, provide brokerage services, or act as a financial adviser.
You are responsible for the security of your account and any API keys you generate. Keep your password confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
You may sign in with Facebook and receive alerts in Facebook Messenger. These features depend on Meta’s platform and its terms, which may change or limit delivery at any time. In particular, Messenger only lets us message you within 24 hours of your last message to the NythosX Alerts page; if that window closes, alerts are held for up to 7 days and we email you so you can resume. Messenger delivery is best-effort; email remains the primary channel for alerts. You can disconnect either feature at any time from your Account page. See the Privacy Policy for the data involved and how to delete it.
Paid plans renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout. Prices are listed in US dollars (USD); the amount charged may be converted by your card issuer and shown in your local currency. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. See the refund policy for details.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, upstream provider outages (Coinbase, Binance, Yahoo Finance, Resend, Stripe, Cloudflare), or force-majeure events may cause interruptions. Alert delivery is best-effort; you should not rely on NythosX as your only source for time-critical decisions.
All content, including the Advisor, the Candle Tutor, forecast cycles, backtests, and portfolio metrics, is informational only and does not constitute investment, tax, or legal advice. See the disclaimer.
NythosX, its logo, and its software are our property. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the service under these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NythosX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or trading losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time from Account → Sessions & data. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, fraud, or non-payment.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NythosX is registered. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that territory. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
