Yes. Cancel from Account → Plan & billing. You keep Pro or Business until the end of the current billing period, then drop to Free. We don't pro-rate refunds for partial months, but you can email support for unusual cases.

No. NythosX is an information and monitoring tool. The Advisor, Candle Tutor, and forecast ensemble are rules-based reads of public data. You are responsible for your own decisions.
Each forecast cycle is graded against the actual close. The dashboard shows per-AI average error and coverage in real time — no cherry-picking. Historical accuracy doesn't guarantee future results.
Yes. Account → Sessions & data → Export my data downloads your config, positions, and API keys as JSON. You can also request full account deletion at any time.
